We recommend that when not in use, you store this bag in a cotton dust bag, such as the one provided with the bag, after the manner of storing leather goods for maintaining its quality & durability. The bag can then be stored in a cool dry place such as in provided storage box. Caring for the bag should be as after the manner of caring for real leather. For end of life please recycle the storage box as paper.
Keep all original tags attached on bag, and use or repack all products into the original packaging for returns. The products must be in their original new, unused state and in a resaleable condition.

* Returns can only be within 28 days from date of receipt of product.

We do reserve the right not to accept returns if product tags have been removed or if the bag has signs of wear or useage. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
